Setup & Logistics Signage, tables, tents and staging, before the gates open. Greeting & Guest Info Welcome people, hand out programs and maps, keep the crowd moving. Children's Zone Crafts and the activity booths. VIP Host VIP tent check in Mivtzoyim Teardown & clean up Load-out, packing & clearing afterwards.
