Food Vendor $2,500 Kosher certified concessions. Requires health permit. Artisan, merchandise or Judaica $1,000 Artisans, Retail gifts or Judaica sales, Corporations or Institutions. Non-profit, school or synagogue $1,000 Outreach and information booth. No retail sales. Family activity or craft station $1,000 Hands-on activity for children in the Activity Village.

Setup and power

Tent - I will need a 10' x 10' I will need. Standard electrical outlet (110V / 20A)

Total power needed, if more than one standard outlet List your equipment and total amps. Food vendors: fryers, warmers, refrigeration.

Agreements

A limited number of tents are available for Vendors/Exhibitors on first come-first serve basis. Food vendors must have Temporary Food Permit from City of Houston Health Dept. I will submit a Certificate of Insurance naming Chabad Outreach of Houston and the City of Houston as Certificate Holders by Dec. 1, 2026.
